PRO PORTFOLIO TERMS OF SERVICE

1. What Pro Portfolio is
Pro Portfolio (proportfolio.lv) is a portal where photographers, videographers, models, make-up artists, stylists, studios, schools and other creative professionals publish their portfolio and clients find and contact them. Service provider: [legal name, registration no., address] ("we"). Contact: admin@proportfolio.lv.
2. Account
2.1. You must be at least 16 to create an account. Account data must be truthful; one person — one account (extra roles are added within the same account).
2.2. You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account. Report suspicious access to us.
2.3. By signing up with a Google account you allow us to receive your e-mail address and name from Google to create the account.
2.4. You can delete your account at any time in settings; deletion is irreversible after the e-mail confirmation.
3. Your content
3.1. You remain the copyright owner of everything you upload (images, videos, texts). By uploading you confirm you have the right to publish it, including consent of depicted persons.
3.2. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the content on the portal, create thumbnails and previews, and show it in search engines and social networks to promote the portal — only for as long as the content is on the portal.
3.3. Prohibited: publishing other people's work as your own, unlawful or abusive content, spam, misleading information about services and prices. Adult (18+) content must be marked as such.
3.4. We may remove content or suspend an account that violates these terms or the community rules (/rules).
4. Communication and deals
4.1. The portal connects clients and professionals but is not a party to any deal: the parties alone are responsible for the agreement, price, quality and delivery.
4.2. Contact requests, bookings and messages are forwarded to the recipient; we do not guarantee a reply.
5. Points, ratings and visibility
Portal points, badges and catalogue positions are our editorial instrument; they are not money and create no right to a particular position.
6. Availability
The portal is provided "as is". We try to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may change or discontinue features, announcing material changes on the portal.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or the conduct of third parties. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under Latvian and EU law.
8. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the new version takes effect when published on this page. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia under Latvian law.
